Order Processing

Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and Singapore public holidays.

During shop launches, sales, events, or other busy periods, processing may take slightly longer. Preorder and made-to-order products will follow the estimated timeline stated on their respective product pages.

If your order contains both in-stock and preorder products, everything will be shipped together once all items are ready unless otherwise arranged.

Shipping and Delivery

International delivery times are estimates and do not include our 2–5 business-day processing time. Delays may occur due to customs or the destination’s local postal service. Delays caused by postal services, customs, severe weather, or other circumstances outside our control may occur.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a dispatch confirmation with tracking information where applicable.

Shipping Addresses

Please check that your name, mailing address, unit number, postal code, and contact details are correct before completing checkout.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We will try our best to update the address before dispatch, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been packed or shipped.

Returned or Undeliverable Orders

If an order is returned to Milkibunni Studio because of an incomplete or incorrect address, an unclaimed parcel, or unsuccessful delivery attempts, we will contact you.

The customer will be responsible for any additional postage required to send the order again. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Lost or Missing Parcels

If your tracking information shows no movement for an unusual period, or your parcel appears to be missing, please contact us with your order number so we can assist with an enquiry.

If tracking shows that the parcel has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please check your mailbox, delivery area, household members, neighbours, and building management before contacting the delivery provider.

Milkibunni Studio is unable to guarantee recovery or replacement when a carrier confirms successful delivery to the address provided, but we will do our best to help you investigate.

Returns and Order Issues

All sales are final. Milkibunni Studio does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds due to a change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the item and its packaging. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution where applicable.

Mystery and blind-bag products cannot be returned or exchanged based on the design received. Slight variations in colour, placement, and finishing may occur between handmade or small-batch products and are not necessarily considered defects.

This policy does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

Out-of-Stock Items

In the unlikely event that an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you and offer an appropriate option, such as waiting for a restock, selecting a replacement, or receiving a refund for the unavailable item.

Customs, Taxes and Import Fees

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, handling charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

Unless stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are the responsibility of the recipient. Please contact your local customs authority for further information before ordering.
