RETURNS FOR ONLINE PURCHASES

All purchases made through www.milkibunnistudio.com are final. Milkibunni Studio does not accept returns, exchanges or refunds due to a change of mind, an accidental purchase, or a customer’s preference regarding a colour, size or design that was accurately described before purchase.

Blind bags, mystery products, gacha products, B-grade goods, personalised or customised products, preorders and made-to-order items are strictly final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange or refund, except where a remedy is required under applicable consumer law.

Please review all product descriptions, measurements, photographs and order details carefully before completing your purchase.

Nothing in this Refund Policy excludes or limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable consumer law.

CANCELLATIONS AND ORDER CHANGES

Requests to cancel or amend an order must be sent to hello@milkibunnistudio.com as soon as possible. We will attempt to assist where reasonably possible, but we cannot guarantee that an order can be cancelled or changed after it has been confirmed, processed, packed, dispatched or submitted for production.

Preorder, personalised, customised and made-to-order products cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged or refunded once the order has been confirmed or submitted for production, except where required under applicable consumer law.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order promptly upon delivery. If you believe that an item is damaged, defective or incorrect, you must notify us at hello@milkibunnistudio.com within 14 days of delivery.

Your email must include:

your order number or other proof of purchase;
a description of the issue; and
clear photographs of the item, its packaging and, where relevant, the shipping package.

We may request further information or reasonable assistance to assess the issue. Please retain the item and all original packaging while your request is being reviewed. Do not return an item unless and until we provide return instructions. Items returned without prior authorisation may not be accepted.

Where we determine that an item is damaged, defective or incorrect, we may provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement or store credit, subject to product availability, the circumstances of the claim and applicable law. A refund to the original payment method will only be provided where required by applicable law.

Where an authorised return is required because an item is damaged, defective or incorrect, Milkibunni Studio will provide instructions concerning the return and any applicable return-shipping arrangements.

HANDMADE AND SMALL-BATCH VARIATIONS

Some Milkibunni Studio products are handmade, assembled by hand or manufactured in small batches. Minor variations in colour, placement, texture, dimensions or finishing may occur between products or production batches.

Colours may also appear slightly different because of lighting, photography and individual screen settings. Such minor variations are not necessarily defects where the product otherwise conforms to its description and is reasonably fit for its intended purpose.

FINAL-SALE AND NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Except where an item is damaged, defective, incorrect or otherwise subject to a non-excludable remedy under applicable law, we do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for:

change-of-mind purchases;
sale, promotional, clearance or B-grade products, including products sold with disclosed cosmetic imperfections;
gift cards or store credit;
mystery bags, blind bags, gacha products or other surprise products, including requests based on the design, character, colour or variation received;
personalised, customised, preorder and made-to-order products;
products that have been used, worn, washed, altered, marked or damaged after delivery;
products not returned in their original packaging, where a return has been authorised; or
any product expressly identified as final sale or non-returnable before purchase.

Products purchased as a set must be returned as a complete set where a return has been authorised.

AUTHORISED RETURNS

If we authorise a return, the item must be sent to the address and in the manner specified in our return instructions. The item must be securely packaged and returned in its original condition, together with any tags, accessories, inserts and original packaging, except where this is not reasonably possible because of the reported defect.

We are not responsible for an unauthorised return or for a returned parcel that is lost before it is received by us. Where you are responsible for arranging an authorised return, we recommend using a tracked delivery service and retaining proof of postage.

STORE CREDIT AND REFUNDS

Where Milkibunni Studio approves a return or claim, the value of the eligible item will be issued as store credit only. Store credit cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred or refunded to an original payment method. A refund to the original payment method will only be provided where required by applicable law. We do not issue physical cash refunds.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable except where required by law or where the approved remedy results from an error by Milkibunni Studio. Any store credit will be subject to the terms and validity period stated when it is issued.

Please allow a reasonable period for approved store credit or any legally required refund to be processed. If you have not received the approved remedy within the timeframe stated in our confirmation, please contact us at hello@milkibunnistudio.com.
